Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared before it ships. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order leaves our warehouse. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Within the United States
Once your order ships, delivery within the U.S. takes 6-10 business days, on top of processing time. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery outside the U.S. takes 10-15 business days, plus 1-3 days processing time. Timelines may vary slightly by destination and customs processing in your country.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or covered by SITRA.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@sitrra.com.
