Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping within the United States

• Economy shipping: 6–10 business days after your order ships
• Cost: $9.99 per order
• Free economy shipping on orders of $150 or more

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery outside the U.S. takes 10–15 business days, plus 1–3 business days processing. Shipping rates for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs fees and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters processing and can't be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible at info@sitrra.com if you need to make a change.
