Email us within 7 days

Email Info@sitrra.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Get your return label

We'll email your return instructions and a prepaid return label. A $8.99 return label fee is deducted from your refund, so you don't pay anything up front.

Pack it and send it

Pack the item(s) unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Ship it back within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returns shipped after this window can't be accepted.

Get your refund

When your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll email you and issue your refund, minus the $8.99 return label fee, to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
All original tags must be attached, and items returned in their original packaging.
Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume or pet hair can't be accepted.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

What gets refunded

Your refund covers the price of the returned item(s), minus the $8.99 return label fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including shipping. The $8.99 return label fee doesn't apply.

On the day your order is delivered, as shown in your tracking.

Why is there a return label fee?

Return labels cost money to send. Instead of asking you to pay up front, we deduct the $8.99 label fee from your refund. Damaged, defective or wrong items never have a fee.

It's been a while and I don't see my refund

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your return is approved. Banks can take a few extra business days to post it. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll check for you.
