Can I order for a cat, rabbit, or other pet?
Absolutely. Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds — any pet is welcome. We've even done fish and reptiles!
How long does it take?
We send your design proof within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo. Once you approve, your sweatshirt ships in 3–5 business days via USPS with tracking.
What if I don't like the design?
We offer unlimited free revisions on your design proof before we stitch. We won't embroider until you're 100% happy.
Can I do a memorial piece for a pet who passed away?
Yes, and we handle these orders with extra care. It's one of the most meaningful things we make.
